Our realtor was on top of everything and available whenever we needed help. She did a fantastic job and would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs a real estate agent.

Lynn was fantastic through all obstacles that came up during the process of selling our house and purchasing a new house. She is very competent and knows what paperwork is needed and sees that it gets completed. We enjoyed working with her . She is cheerful and caring and guided us through all the complicated process.

Lynn was the best thing to happen for this transaction. Very professional and is extremely knowledgeable in the field. Very personable and looked out for our best interest.

Lynn did an excellent job being my realtor. She made the process very easy and kept me informed about everything that needed to be done. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Even though I was a first time home buyer my realtor Lynn Heinold from Van Dorm Realty went above and beyond what I expected from a Realtor. I could always get a hold of her with questions and she was very flexible with my schedule when it came to viewings and signings. Lynn's has an extensive career in real estate with her knowledge of the market and overall experience with the entire home purchasing/selling process there wasn't anything she hadn't seen or dealt with before. She fought to have my seller fit the bill for home repairs that were listed on inspection report. Lynn cared most about my new home being a good investment long term and she really wanted me to not only love my new home but be able to afford it as well. Even after closing Lynn is still helping with questions and has is even helping me find a good roommate. Lynn is just as skilled at selling homes as well. My mother recently listed a home with Lynn and after being on the MLS only a several days she sold it for over asking price. Overall I really trust Lynn and trust that she has my best interests at heart. I cannot imagine what a better Realtor. Thanks Lynn & Van Dorm Realty Team, Ryan
