Therese was an amazing help with the purchase of our Condo at 240 N Water St. Her hard work and guidance made this an easy experience and we are very extremely grateful.

Therese helped my parents sell some property recently and she was great to work with on this transaction. You was very responsive to emails and kept us on top of the sales process. We highly recommend using her for your real estate transactions!

Working with you was a pleasure! Thank you for your patience during the process.

As we sit on the porch overlooking the pond, we await the new blooms of Spring to see what the property will look like. As the ducks swim and the frogs creak, we reflect on how blessed we are to live in Leland. You made the retirement relocation so easy for us and we really want to say thank you.    Sincerely, Jim and Kathy Ciano

We have purchased real estate with Therese twice now and she has made the whole process super smooth and simple. I will most definitely be recommending her and using her help for all future purchases. Thank you Therese!

It has been a pleasure to not only learn from Therese, but to work with her. She is my go to in Wilmington for referring my friends and family looking for homes in the Cape Fear Market.

Therese was a consummate professional during our transaction. Not only did she end having to coach the other agent on his duties, she stayed after him until his tasks were completed. We had such peace of mind knowing she was on our side - and felt confident in moving to close despite the shortcomings of other broker. She checked in with us regularly, listened when we had concerns, and resolved issues as they arose. Her attention to detail proves her to be the type of realtor everyone needs - but so few get these days. We have worked with Therese through three transactions now. She knows the business, she's has the experience, and she makes things happen!

Awesome instructor at CFCC; even though we were in online classes Ms. Sove was professional and very honest with the class. On the first day of the class she gave us some stats about the class and I remember her saying that we could do it but we must prepare ourselves to study or we would fail. Well, right then I knew that I had just lost my money for the course and book. I didn't know if I could commit myself online to study that hard or not but Ms. Sove encouraged us all the way, even staying over if we needed to talk about our class; or if we had specific questions about real estate. This lady knows the Real Estate business, and will take care of her customer. I feel extremely blessed for the guidance that she give me as a new want to be Real Estate Broker. I made it! I'm a Real Estate Broker now and I'm affiliated with the best company in the world. Study Hard and you will not fail. If you need a broker, call Ms. Sove

Therese Sove helped me with the purchase of my first house. Therese is very knowledgeable about real estate and up to date with all the current changes going on in today's market. As I was purchasing my home, my cat got sick with cancer and I was devastated. I will always be indebted to Therese for responding quickly when needed and providing information required so I could make appropriate decisions. I never felt like I was going through this life change alone. She understood I was going through a lot and she rose to the occasion. She truly cares about her clients and I don't know what would have happened had I not chose to work with Therese. Her expertise and wonderful communication skills, as well as her professional and strong work ethic, make her a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend her.

Just passed my Real Estate exam! Yay!! A huge thank you to my instructor, Therese Sove`. I've had well over 100 coaches and teachers in my lifetime and you're in my top 3!! That's saying something. Thank you!!

I met Therese a few months ago in my real estate class. I couldn’t have asked for a better teacher. I just passed my exam today and I can honestly say that she helped me so much. She was extremely supportive and kept me motivated to succeed in what I set out to accomplish.Z. Chadwick, Wilmington, NC
