Jessica was awesome throughout our entire selling process. What we loved the most was that she was very knowledgeable and didn’t cut corners in making sure we were taken care of and comfortable. There was constant communication and daily updates each time something came up and no matter the time of day if we needed something or had questions she was always available. I am handicapped and Jessica took excellent care of me. When I could not move around the house, she did the checking for me to make sure thinkings like the furnace , water,stove, refrigerator and toilets (etc.) were functioning like they should be. She made sure that I understood things that were said and about to take place. She kept me informed. Explained things to my son also. She did have a problem traveling over hour away to see houses in a different city.
