Love Amy Overcash. Best experience as a first time home buyer. Very easy going and understanding. Need more realtors like her in the field. Great to work with all around. Found a beautiful home and currently enjoying every part of it thanks to Allen Tate reality and Amy Overcash.

It's always a pleasure working with the Overcash team! They are ready to answer any questions you have and go to bat for you when negotiations need to happen! I can guarantee your experience will be excellent!

Very pleased with the service. Tate Co made this purchase a much easier process than expected. Would certainly recommend them to those looking to buy a home.

I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service I received from the Allen Tate Company, particularly Morgan Overcash. Morgan guided me through the process of purchasing a home with friendliness, care and professionalism. I always felt she was working in my best interest and she never failed to answer my calls or explain things in detail. I would highly recommend the Tate Company and Morgan to anyone in need of real estate expertise.

Amy did a great job for us. She was patient and understanding. She is very knowledgeable about the housing market and understood what we wanted in a house. We will be recommending her to others that are looking for a house.

When doing business, it's important to know, like and trust someone. That's why I worked with Morgan and her team. She was there with me the whole way and will continue to be. I know I can always reach out to her with comments, concerns, questions and funny things to say. Thank you!

Amy was simply amazing! My wife and I needed a new realtor day before a deal was going to be decided and Amy responded to my call at 7:30am, was able to submit the offer and the rest was history! So grateful to have her in my corner. Moving from 600 miles away and finding a gem like Amy, priceless!

I have to say that Amy, your stronger than me. U stayed the course after we were hit with the biggest disappointment of all and you stayed with me until the end. Best real estate company I have every come across.

We have been working with the Overcash team since 2013 when Amy helped us buy a home in Lancaster, SC. Since she had moved away when we needed to sell that home (due to relocation) we decided to work with Morgan to keep it 'all in the family'. Over the years Morgan has helped us sell 2 homes and buy 2 homes. We were reunited with Amy during the sale of our last home as she filled in for Morgan on one occasion. And, reconnected again during the purchase of our most recent home. We have enjoyed working with the Overcash team over the years as they are consistent, dedicated, knowledgeable, thorough and thoughtful. While we believe we have found our "forever home" we would work with the Overcash team again in a heartbeat. 💓
