Sharon and the team are outstanding. They handled everything. Sharon is great and has a great team supporting her. She was helpful in prepping the house, and marketing. The house sold quickly and for more money than expected. Everything from there on was smooth and on time.
Sharon Custer has been my family’s realtor for over 15 years. She has always treated us like family and ensured that we were elated with our homes. My wife and I couldn’t be happier with our experience with Sharon. Being first time home buyers, she guided us through the process with professionalism and extensive market knowledge. She provided us with the confidence and support that we required in our agent. I would highly recommend to friends and family. Thanks Sharon!
Exceptional Character, awesome reputation, knowledgeable and professional. I am happy to have Sharon as part of my team and consider her a friend as well as an associate.

When I moved from Victorville to Laguna Niguel, it was recommended I work with Sharon Custer. I'm glad I did! She works efficiently, professionally, and successfully. I'm amazed at her work ethic, her kindness, and ability to find a way to make things work for her clients. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for that perfect home, wants the best value, and wants quick yet quality service. I would definitely have Sharon as my Realtor over and over again. She's that good!
Sharon had helped us find a previous rental property a few years ago. She found exactly what we were looking for in San Clemente and helped us secure it when several other realtors we contacted failed to even reply. Sharon's positive, personal and professional manner won us over. So when we were finally ready to buy a home, Sharon was the only one we were going to call. As expected, she dove right in, took a personal interest in our search, and was always responsive and available to us. She learned what we were looking for and helped us find an even better home than we thought possible. She even helped line up key professionals to help us along the way. We will always appreciate how Sharon made the considerable challenge of finding and securing our dream home a reality. We highly recommend Sharon Custer.
