First off, can we just say, FINDING A HOME IS ANOTHER JOB!!! Geesh!!!
However, I am so BLESSED to have found Tashea! When I tell you, she is definitely my angel! I am a first time home buyer, and because of her, I am moving into my own home (Bloop!...but we can talk about this moving stuff later). BOOK HER!
She is absolutely AMAZING! She is attentive, punctual, dedicate, and HONEY SHE IS PATIENT! From the beginning, I told her I will be EVERYWHERE looking for a home, and I would also probably try to do her job and the lenders job, but she always knew how to reel me in and keep me focused. She pays attention, so after awhile, I didn't have to tell her what I liked, she already knew. She stands up for her clients, and she is very HONEST about what is feels is plausible and/or fitting for you without overstepping her bounds or violating any regulations. I truly appreciated her sincerity and hardwork during our process. She makes me want to buy a house all over again because she just made the process easy and comfortable.
She also is no-nonsense when it comes to the selling agent/agency. For example, one selling agent was very rude and wasting our time as they wanted to wait on other bids, but would not give us a no in a timely fashion. Tashea wasted no time in setting a deadline, and when they missed it, she took back the offer. She also gave them a little piece of her mind about their professionalism (which I SO APPRECIATED!)
She is the best. She is professional, warm, exact, and educated in what she is doing. To gain her as an agent, you will definitely gain an asset and possibly a lifelong friend. I know she is coming to ALL THE SUMMERTIME festivities at my home NO QUESTION! All I have to say is BOOK HER! BOOK HER! BOOK HER!
