Mike did a great job in getting the property advertised and prepared for sale. Then in the more difficult time of the year, got the property under contract, inspected, and closed by the end of the year.
He helped thru some difficult times that the buyer was trying to impose at the 11th hour , but he managed to get it worked out and closing occurred as scheduled.
