As Marshall McLuhan once famously stated, "The medium is the message". Eldon is the medium that connects buyers and sellers of luxury real estate along the shoreline of Lake Keowee in the Mountain Lake Region of the Upstate of South Carolina. Calling upon his extensive credentials as a senior marketing executive, Eldon, a Realtor® since 2000, understands that the quality of a property is conveyed by ensuring all aspects of the transaction involving that property are treated with a high level of care and diligence. He provides his seller clients with the right balance of detailed market knowledge and practical marketing options; guiding them carefully to position their properties in a competitive and dynamic real estate market. His buyer clients find that he's a "quick study" who readily sees the market in terms of their needs and desires. Bringing buyer and seller together is where Eldon excels. "This isn't a zero sum game", he says. "When a transaction is structured as a win - win, both buyer and seller perceive added value. That's a space where I really enjoying working. It isn't about taking stunning photos, flying the latest drone or writing flowering prose about a property and its virtues. That can all be hired out. Both buyers and sellers want someone who can pull together those sales tools while providing the interpersonal skills necessary to unlock and expose the value proposition in any offering. Eldon's message is that it's the total package that counts. Licensed in South Carolina
