Karen and Gayle were very helpful while my fiance and I purchased our first home. My work schedule is very odd and Karen had no problem working around it. We looked at a few homes and were not having much luck. Karen always remained positive and never made us feel like a burden during showings even if the house we were looking at was an immediate no. Any time I had a question I called Karen and she answered her phone right away, day or night. Gayle was great to work with in selling my elderly mother's home remotely. She was very patient and thorough with my mom and I and as a testament to her local market knowledge had several offers with 24 hours of initial showings.
