Mr. Rodli, is on top of all the latest rules and regulations. He is always available when I call. He has a great way of communicating to me and sellers. He is firm and confident when others are bellowing smoke at us. He is always upbeat and has great vision. He is my guy, I don't plan on ever using anyone else.

Paul was right there every step of the way throughout the selling process; everything from getting my two units ready for sale, to regular updates on showings & potential interest, to making sure that inspection deficiencies were remedied to buyer satisfaction. He is responsive, trustworthy, and willing to "go the second mile" to accomplish the mission as a sales agent.

Paul successfully navigated the difficulties of selling my two condos despite a slow market and marketing challenges unique to the project. He was available to take calls and emails, communicated regularly, and was upbeat & encouraging throughout the process. His local knowledge and personal Keystone condo ownership provided Paul with firsthand insights into market conditions & political awareness that other brokers may not have.

Paul goes "above and beyond" to share his time and market knowledge with me. He became a trusted advisor after my two condo purchases in 2019 and maintained that relationship over the last 5 years. His help in selling my two condos has also been "above & beyond".

Paul Rodli went "above & beyond" to help get my condo ready for sale and then "across the goal line" to completion, keeping me informed throughout the process.

Paul Was excellent, showing us homes and condos which fit our price range. He as was excellent with the purchase steps

Paul Rodli is a complete real estate professional. He assisted us with both the purchase and sale of a condominium in Keystone, Colorado. Both the purchase and sale went extremely well. Paul was available at all times to speak with us including answering any questions about the process. He always returned our calls promptly if he wasn't available to talk when we called in. We found Paul to be extraordinarily knowledgeable about both the Keystone real estate market and all of the procedures involved after going under contract purchase/sale of the property. Paul was very focused on us having positive experiences while working with him. This did result in favorable outcomes which was the case in both of the circumstances when we contracted with Paul Rodli as our Real Estate Agent. We would highly recommend Paul Rodli of Slifer, Smith & Frampton Real Estate.

Paul went above and beyond in helping me find the perfect place. Living out of state and trying to buy in a sellers market was a hard task. I would have never found a place if it wasn't for Paul's diligence and extra effort. He was always ready to do walk through video calls the minute a property hit the market and his knowledge of the Summit County real estate market was extremely valuable when it came to making a decision. I couldn't be happier and I will be referring anyone I know to Paul Rodli with Slifer Smith & Frampton
