Neil Collison was our agent.  He did an excellent job. Once the house was listed, he quickly scheduled "open houses" and was always available for "showings". Neil was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. He offered good advice and was not "pushy". He kept us informed and updated as quickly as situations developed. Neil returned calls promptly and always made himself available when needed. Our home sold within 3 weeks. We were thrilled that the house sold so quickly and was happy with the sale price.
