Our Long & Foster agents Phil Sturm and Aree Pearlman were absolutely fabulous in every way. They were attentive, incredibly patient, immeasurably kind, and helped us find our dream condo and sell our house in a New York minute. We could not be happier with the whole process. Aree and Phil were there for us every step of the way with smiles and enthusiasm. They made the process of buying and selling almost fun! We wouldn't consider using anyone else if we ever sold again, and we will recommend them to friends and family. Thank you!!
Phil was a tremendous help guiding me through my purchase as a first time home buyer. He was professional, communicative, and has a wealth of knowledge. He made the process was extremely easy, fast, and was very thorough with explaining all necessary steps.
