October 2023 Marina Ringstrom is a 5+ Star realtor, and that may still be an understatement. We interviewed 5-6 realtors when we decided to put our home on the market, and unfortunately none of them seemed like a good fit. As we discussed the situation, the idea struck us that there would be no better person who would know the home and the improvements we had made over nine years, then the person who had marketed the home when we bought it - Marina Ringstrom. And what a great choice it was! Her knowledge of the current market, her attention to details, her quick response to questions and/or concerns, and her assertive, yet reassuring and pleasant demeanor are traits we valued. Marina is the consummate realtor!  Vista CourtKeswick Farms

July 2023 Yes, indeed, dear Marina…this is the day we “sign off” as owners on 3278 Avebury Lane in Glenmore. And, I must add that it is with mixed emotions on both our parts.  We and our big family have so many fond memories of our happy times together there over these many years. You have been a true gem+friend in the process of all this detailed work.  We can’t thank you nor praise you enough for all that you’ve accomplished so faithfully on our behalf, Marina!  Blessings be with you and your family always ~X0  linda+dick X0

Marina, You are very kind. We are very grateful for your efforts to help us sell our Free Union house - and to do so quickly and over asking price. We feel really fortunate to know you and have your support through several home sales and purchases. In what can be a super-stressful process, it is a true blessing to be able to rely on you - and know we will have the best advocate around looking out for us. Best, Andrew C. Marina knows the business, the market and what plain works. She's intuitive and understands her client’s needs as well. Combining those, she WILL sell your home. I've known Marina for a long time and when we were ready to put our home on the market, we made one phone call. And that was to Marina. She met with us, told us what we needed to do to stage our home, arranged for a great architectural photographer and bam.. on the market.  We loved working with Marina because she was attentive to our needs, yet advised us with things we didn't necessarily want to hear. She was tactful, honest, prompt with returning calls/texts (and getting timely feedback from showings) and a great resource with getting inspections/repairs/closing done. If you want to buy or sell a home, only make one phone call... and that is to Marina.

Lynn and Kathryn Stevenson59 Stage DriveRuckersville, VA   We contacted Marina to help us with the sale of our home because she came highly recommended by a family friend. We had high expectations based on our friend’s experience and our expectations were exceeded. She expertly guided us in getting our home ready to sell. Her experience and expertise were evident from the first visit. She greatly improved the presentation of our home by giving us specific recommendations for each room.  The suggestions were reasonable and not costly but made a tremendous difference in the way our home presented and contributed to quick sale of the house. She is a true professional, courteous and kind.  For all these reasons we highly recommend Marina Ringstrom. We can't thank her enough!Lynn and Kathryn StephensonJanuary 2021
