I was really impressed with both Beth McGarrity and Kathy Malloy who helped me through the process. From an initial walk through of my home to prepare it for market to the final signing, both kept me abreast of the status and let me know what to expect. The transaction was a little tricky since the eventual buyers were moving from across the country but everything was so smooth.
Both agents really showed a great attention to detail and are very organized which gave me much comfort through the process.
Lastly, the agents were very comforting and provided much needed compassion as the home had a lot of sentimental value to me.
