I appreciated the combination of John Leonard and Mary Ann McCarry. John took the lead on the process and was professional throughout, even as we dealt with several challenges along the way. He kept a balance of seeking the best deal and being realistic as events changed. MaryAnn complimented with personal touch all along the way, including in assisting with getting the unit ready for sale, as she knew the Hershey's Mill community.
