absolutely love Sophia. She isn't pushy, very honest on every property and is thorough which was helpful since we dont know all of the ins and outs of home buying. I have recommended her to my in laws and brother and they will be buying their first new home shortly. We cannot say enough good things about Sophia! She was incredibly responsive from day one despite the fact that we were not local through a majority of the buying process. She set aside four full days just for us when we traveled here to look at houses and worked well into the evening hours to help find us the best home. She took us to over 25 homes in three days and she never once showed the slightest bit of annoyance when time after time we would say "it's just not right". In fact, many times she was the one to say "I don't think this is what you're looking for. Let's move on." She was enthusiastic, easy going and attentive during the 40 or so days it took to close. We were working on a very short timeline and she was there every step on the way- she kept in touch with our loan officer, title company and us to make sure everything was on track. She worked for many years as a title officer as well, so her knowledge and advice was invaluable. Most realtors check out right after the closing is complete, but not only did she leave very thoughtful housewarming gifts at the home when we moved in, but checked in periodically and helped us with issues after the move. We highly recommend Sophia to anyone needing to buy or sell a home in the Frederick area. We feel like we've made a great friend and will be calling Sophia when it comes time for us to sell our home
