Meredith was amazing to work with. This was our first home purchase, and she went above and beyond to make sure we found the perfect starter home for our family. She was top tier at communicating, answering all our questions, and advocated to resolve all our concerns prior to the signing. One thing that really stands out with Meredith is she doesn’t sell a house and move on to the next. We closed in May, and she still reached out to congratulate us on our wedding 3 months later and thought of us during the holiday season as well. She really is a superb realtor and we will be reaching out to her when we are ready to move to our next home. We are so happy and grateful for you, Meredith!

Meredith and I worked together for about a year trying to find me an affordable condo in Anne Arundel County. She was always responsive when I requested a showing, and once I found a property that checked all the boxes. her advice on the offer was spot on and was accepted within a day. She negotiated a home warranty at the seller's expense for my added peace of mind that the purchase was the right choice. She is bright, cheerful, knowledgeable, and FUN to work with. She will come highly recommended by this happy homeowner!

Meredith. I appreciate your knowledge of the current market and the advise you gave me to ensure my offer was accepted. By recommending a mortgage broker, title company, home inspectior, and home insurance broker, I saved a considerabke amount of time and money. All were highly professional and transparent about their services. Most importantly, Meredith, you have a warm, kind and FUN personality that made my home hunting enjoyable. Thank you for making my dream to own my own home possibke . . .

My husband and I purchased our first home with Meredith just last month!!! She was SO patient with us from the beginning and never made us feel pushed in any way. She truly took all of our wants and needs into consideration and already knew all of the boxes that each property checked for us before we could verbalize them ourselves! When we found the one — she blew us away with her professionalism and timeliness. She was updating us and reassuring us every step of the way. Buying your first home can be really scary, but Meredith’s reassurance and confidence made this entire process so positive for us and something we will truly never forget. We couldn’t have done this without you and your amazing team, Meredith! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for helping us find our dream home!

Meredith is AMAZING! she literally stayed with us for an entire year helping us find our home and throughout that entire time we felt like valued clients that never once were put on the back burner. She was extremely knowledgeable about all of the homes we saw and went to bat for us multiple times during the sales process of our house whenever she needed to. I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who wants to ever buy or sell a house. She will for sure be our realtor for our next purchase and any other future purchases or sales that we have!!!

I’m a first time home buyer and Meredith was so helpful in helping me understand the whole process in this current market from the showings to a quick settlement! She always answered my multiple questions and has a great professional network of inspectors, lenders etc. that were great to work with. I am happy I was able to find a place that I can finally call home with the struggles of the current market. Thanks Meredith!

Meredith was fantastic in helping get our rental up and off of the ground! This was our first time renting our home out and we had already moved out of state when we brought her in. To say Meredith was a true professional is an understatement! She came in with the expertise and confidence we needed to feel comfortable prepping and listing our home. She had great recommendations for all of the housework needed to get the house ready and brought a great perspective to the table. She was consistently available for all communication and followed up on all of the work done for us. The house rented in NO TIME! if you’re even thinking about looking for a home or listing yours for rent or sale, we highly recommend Meredith!

If there were 100 stars, she would receive all of them. Meredith was very forthcoming with the information of people who viewed the house and all potential buyers. Once a buyer made a ligament offer, she wasted no time letting us know. She then followed through with all the sales contract details and provided us with all the information regarding the house inspection and the closing details. We firmly endorse Meredith as a top real estate agent and highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a home.
