She was extremely helpful not only with the listing and sale of the property by explaining step by step the process, as well as ensuring the follow-through of required tasks; but because you knew that she cared. When I struggled with my parties to do their assigned work and repairs, she helped me in more ways than I can count by providing resources, notifications, etc...
