Bob is a true gem - he’s professional, hard-working, humble, and listens well to his clients’ necessities to match the best listings. He really strives to find the right fit for the buyer (he guided both our daughters to find their ideal first homes). Bob knows the area well, gives an honest assessment when asked his opinion, does his homework on the neighborhoods and property values. Wow! Not even sure where to begin when talking about our positive experience with Bob! He is by far one of the best real estate agents we have ever met and is an amazing team player to have on the Long & Foster team. From Day 1, Bob made things as streamlined and as smooth as possible for us despite the fact that we were on a tight schedule and had very little knowledge of the Baltimore area. He constantly kept in touch with us, updated us about new properties/changes in prices, and always went out of his way to assist with tasks in the area because of our far commute. We truly don't think we would have been able to get this task done if it weren't for Bob Simon's help, support, effectiveness, and work ethic from the very beginning. Even now after the sale is finalized and our time together is over, we still feel comfortable enough to reach out to Bob and ask about anything real estate-related or Baltimore area-related.
