Christine Vanderhyde made a difficult project enjoyable and successful! It was a lot of fun - and a lot of hard work - to renovate the home my mother lived in for 56 years. Christine provided imaginative and capable guidance through the many projects of readying the house for sale - from replacing floors to renovating one of the bathrooms and leaving the retro tile intact in the other one to painting the kitchen cabinets instead of replacing them. Christine's energy, ideas and stable of skilled contractors made the house shine! Christine was also adept at problem-solving - when issues arose during the inspection, she was quick to research specialized contractors and recommend one who completed the repairs in a timely manner. Last year I tried selling my house with a Real estate agent that advertised on the radio and guaranteed the sale of the home, It was on the market for, four months.
