When we had to sell our long time home, I wanted to find the MOST EXPERIENCED agent I could. Someone who knew the market and neighborhood and could come in and tell us "do this, don't do that, here's how we're gonna handle this," etc. In my research no one came close to Earle. Just look at her Zillow stats....other agents aren't selling properties because Earle has already sold them. I'm only part joking there....literally, she is the Dean of Real Estate sales. And she did not disappoint. She gave the instructions. We followed. Multiple offers over listing the first day. But then it got complicated because each offer was so different. She talked us through each one, pros and cons. When I asked here what she'd do she said, "I'm not you. But I work for you. So you decide and I'll make it work for you." And dammed if she didn't.
