There is a lot of planning and preparation that goes into moving and becoming a new homeowner, adding in being Military and not being in the state you’re looking to purchase can make things a lot more difficult! Ryan came out the gate swinging for us! With determination and perseverance Ryan found us a home we liked based off our pros and cons. He moved to get the house we liked off the market. It was amazing how he worked for us and we were only communicating through phone, email and text. Anyone looking to purchase should have someone like Ryan in their court. We got lucky being able to work with Ryan! He will not let you down when you lose hope! I highly recommend Long and Foster real estate and definitely ask for Ryan!!!! You won’t be disappointed.
Ryan B. did an amazing job. His energy was always on point and his positivity was appreciated. I respected his honesty and patience to find the right house for us.
This was our second time using Ryan. He listed our home in Virginia Beach when we moved to the Richmond area with Ryan. When we decided we wanted to move back to Virginia Beach, he was the first person we thought of. His level of communication is outstanding and his determination to provide client satisfaction is beyond extraordinary. Even though, I am not a novice in the real estate world and mortgage lending, it is still scary when you are going through it. Ryan remained calm and was my sounding board through it all. He even listened when I talked to him about the sell side of my then current home. I highly recommend him. He will always be on your side.
Ryan is interested in the process, make the process simple and follows through to the anticipated goal. He is a professional with a very positive spirit.
Ryan Bielat is very easy to work with and a true professional. He guided us through the whole process. He ran interference and to make things happen on time. We have recommended him to two other families.
