Pennye Green and Nadia made the selling process incredibly simple. They went over the options and helped guide us through the complex process of selling our home with no pressure. We couldn't believe how quickly our home sold. We will definitely recommend Pennye and her team to anyone selling a home in the area.

Pennye is friendly, experienced and confident. We felt very comfortable putting our house sale in her and her team's hands. They came through, selling our home in 4 days. Thanks, Pennye!

Pennye and Nadia had my condo sold in no time -- a matter of days. They made this whole process SOOOOO easy for me, it's like I had to do hardly any work at all. Meanwhile, they managed to pull this off flawlessly. Pennye and Nadia are AWESOME. Don't think twice before reaching out to them if you are seeking help from a realtor. Without them, I would have ever made this important move -- and at the time I did -- and they truly helped me move forward with my life. 5+ stars. 100+ stars : )
