Susan, You persevered through the process of finding me a place to call home. I finally fell in love with my 12th condo! Some of the places we visited twice. You even did a virtual viewing for me when I was in Montana. It has been a long, educational journey. Your tenacity in navigating the "Endorsement on the Master Policy" could be likened to the quarterback carrying the ball across the line. In short, if you had not spent countless hours unraveling the mystery of what the lender was requiring, my closing would have been a week or two later. Huge thanks for all that you have done to help me find a place where my spirit soars. It is not perfect, just perfect for me.
One of the best experiences I've ever had using a realtor. Excellent communication, and overall one of, if not the best agent I've ever had buying/selling over the years. I appreciate all the texts and follow-ups(even on weekends and evenings when I'd bug them), keeping me informed, and I especially appreciate all the travels back and forth to Williamsburg. Very knowledgeable, experienced, and I truly felt like I was the only client & could not ask for a better experience
Jon Frederick was an amazing agent and such a breath of fresh air! He communicated with us every step of the way and provided guidance as he answered all of our questions and advised us so that we could get the house that we wanted. Jon was always responsive and ensured that all members of the team were also top notch. I have bought and sold other homes, but never had an an agent that was anywhere close to Jon’s caliber. What a fabulous process!
It was a pleasure working with Jon. He was efficient and personable. He addressed every issue with professionalism. The buyers agent even commented how much she enjoyed working with him.
Jon is the best!! He went above and beyond to sell our home! We didn't have to worry being out of state either because he handled everything. Hopefully, we will be able to work with him again. I don't know what we would have done without him.
