It was our pleasure to work with Karen Allen. Karen was extremely helpful and knowledgable. Karen's honesty and expertise made us feel comfortable and confident through the many decisions we had to make in the process of purchasing our property. Karen was a wonderful resource in assisting us in reaching out to local contractors. Karen was always supportive and easy to contact. We have worked with many real estate agents over the years as buyers and sellers. Karen Allen is definitely the most competent agent we have ever worked with by far. We are looking forward to an opportunity to recommend Karen to family members and friends.
