Kim is amazing. Selling my childhood home was an emotional rollercoaster but Kim was always kind and thoughtful throughout the process. She never pushed or rushed me to make decisions but instead offered a guiding hand and insightful information that enabled me to move at my own pace and still be informed. Her advice allowed me to move through the renovation, get the property listed and sold before the open house.

Kim made the entire home-buying process feel seamless, informed, and genuinely exciting. She was incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently advocated for my best interests every step of the way. From navigating negotiations to answering every question with care and clarity, Kim brings professionalism and warmth to the experience. Her attention to detail and commitment to her clients truly sets her apart. I always felt supported and confident knowing she was in my corner.

Kim Holloway is the best!!!!! Kim had me in my home with 45 days. She is very knowledgeable and efficient in the total process from beginning to end. Her knowledge and advice was greatly appreciated!!!!! Thank you Kim Holloway for everything!!! ????

Working with Kim was a great experience from start to finish. She kept me informed, organized, and on task throughout the entire process, all while handling countless details behind the scenes so I never felt overwhelmed. Her positive attitude and proactive approach made what could have been a stressful sale feel smooth and manageable.   Her marketing strategy, which included professional photography, promotional mailings, and a successful open house, resulted in multiple offers within the first week! When my first contract fell through just days before closing due to the buyer’s financing, Kim didn’t miss a beat. She secured a new buyer within 24 hours! That alone speaks volumes about her hustle and commitment to success.   I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in selling my home!

Working with Kim Holloway as my buyer’s agent was truly a phenomenal experience. When I purchased my home at 2400 North Capitol St., Kim guided me through every step of the process with confidence, clarity, and care. Even when unexpected challenges came up, she stayed proactive, kept me informed, and made sure everything stayed on track. Thanks to her dedication and expertise, we closed on time and at the agreed-upon price. I couldn’t have asked for a better advocate in my corner, and I will 100% be using Kim Holloway for all of my future real estate purchases. Highly recommend!

Greeting All my name is Stephen C. I obtained a property through inheritance August 2024. I was looking for Realtor and was referred to miss Kim HOLLOWAY who walked me through the dues and adults as relates to trying to sell a piece of property and she helped me tremendously more over. She was very patient with me because I had no idea where to start. However, we’ve gotten through the process and she was very very kind. And patient with me and the property sold. She was always on top of things and woke me up and make sure that everything was done. If I hadn’t slept, or if I was in better whatever but highly recommend her. She did everything with concern and she’s very thrilling. What she does, and she knows what she’s doing. Everything was a great success and I appreciate And. Thank you very much for. Thank you.

Working with Ms. Kim and the Team did a fantastic job helping me look for what i wanted, and a blessing to be there for me. They fought for me to get things right. I thank you guys so much!

My experience with Kim Holloway was phenomenal. She provided professional and outstanding customer service during the time of selling my mother's home in the DC. She would give me updates daily and contact me concerning her plans to get the property sold at the best price. Kim would stay on top of everything and would let me know how things were going. She was recommended to me through a family member. One thing that I learned from Kim is the importance of never giving up. I know my mother who had transitioned in February this year would be well pleased to know that her property sold. My family is also grateful that everything worked out well. Believe me Kim will not let you down and will go the extra mile to see that you get the best results. One last thing, Kim is someone that you can trust and depend on. I really enjoyed working with Kim and would highly recommend her to others. I thank God everyday for sending me someone like Kim who was willing to help me sell my mother's house.

Kim was an absolute pleasure to work with from the beginning! Being first time home buyers, the process was rather nerve racking but Kim guided us the entire way. She was certain to ensure us that what we wanted is what mattered most, and she would do everything she could to make it happen. Once we gave specifications and located a house, the process from initial viewing to close was incredibly quick and stress free. We will most definitely be recommending Kim and Long & Foster to friends and family interested in buying a house in the area!
