He asked about my goals and was brutally honest about what needed to be done to achieve the desired results. I followed his advice, stuck to his recommended time period of getting the house ready for sale, and was delighted to get 3 offers over asking price within 5 days. There are many challenges along the way with an estate sale. However, Ken handled everything with grace, professionalism, and integrity. I could not imagine using anyone else as a realtor!
