Pam Diemer listed our home for us and the process was seamless!  She was on top of everything and every issue that arose along the way.  Additionally, she was always available for questions and answered them thoroughly and quickly.  Her vast knowledge and expertise guided us through every step of the process.  We were always aware of the status of issues as we progressed throughout the different stages of listing and selling our home. Her professionalism and knowledge of real estate are outstanding!  We felt totally comfortable with her at the helm! Both my husband and I would highly recommend her for all your real estate needs.  She's a real gem!

Pam was recommended by very reliable people to help us sell a house and certainly deserved that reputation. She is very professional while also very personable and attentive. She provides very good market feel and connects her sellers with outstanding support services, including preparation of property for sale, staging and on-line marketing. The result for us was a quick sale at above reasonable asking price.

Thanks for all your help! Larry and Carolyn Bedford

Pam was my listing agent for my family's riverfront property in Goochland. Pam is a very talented business person and more importantly, an expert in personal dynamics.  The magical pairing!  With gratitude,

It would be very hard to find a more knowledgeable, informed, reliable and professional real estate agent than Pam Diemer. I am the power of attorney for a relative. I put her house on the market with Pam. It was fully furnished and needed fixing up before selling. I am not from Richmond and had no idea who to call for repairs, estate sale for furniture, staging of house and many other details that were needed. The good news for me is that Pam knew those companies that could handle all that was needed. The prices were fair, and everything was handled in a timely and professional manner. When the house was put on the market it sold very quickly and at the asking price. She was amazing and very pleasant to work with.
