Nicole did a great job of selling my house in just a couple of days. She helped me to stage the house which definitely made it a show case home. She is pleasant and very personable with a great sense of humor which helps when you can feel a little stressed when selling or buying a house. She has expertise on such things like local schools, government, and shopping areas. She very knowledgeable on a wide range of homes and offers excellent guidance. If you need to have anything done such painting or plumbing she has an array of people whom she can recommend. If you have a question, she always gets back to you unlike the realtor from the condo I was buying. He rarely called back.
