On a scale of 1 to 10 stars, we would give Lynn Hansford 15 stars. Lynn Hansford is an excellent agent, and we are profoundly grateful that we chose her as our agent. We are an elderly couple that hadn’t sold or bought a house in over 40 years; so, we were not knowledgeable about the current real estate market and its myriad of regulations. Lynn patiently and kindly guided us through the maze of requirements and kept us on the right track. As a result, and due to her astute management of the sale, we quickly sold our house at above the asking price. We couldn’t be more pleased with the outcome.
