Marshall was excellent. He showed us a number of different homes in the area until we found one we liked. Marshall answer all our questions about the area and the homes. If he did not know the answer, he quickly found the answer from the listing agent. He guided us through the buying process. He was with us during the home inspection and pointed out anything that needed to be dealt with. My wife and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Marshall. He kept us informed the whole time during our home search and buying experience.

Marshall is an excellent realtor that guided us every step of the way through selling our house in SWVA. On multiple instances, he demonstrated a thorough knowledge of the real estate market for our area and surrounding areas as well as advised us when it came to home inspections, repairs, etc. One of the things I appreciated most about Marshall is his down-to-earth personality and expressions of humor... at no point did I ever feel like I was burdening Marshall by asking questions or seeking guidance when trying to navigate through the complex documents that come with selling a house. Without a doubt, Marshall is one of the best real estate agents in the business and both my wife and I are extremely grateful for everything that he has done for us.
