Michael Kogler helped me find the ideal community and has been an enormous help thru the entire process of pourchasing. I cannot say enough good things about him.
My agent Ben Irbe from Annapolis Md referred me to an agent Candy Williams in Rehobeth De.Ben has sold 3 of my properties in Md. His referral to Candy was appreciated. The Delaware sale was very complicated, involving litigation, and Candy guided me through the many contract problems we had. Candy went above and beyond in helping navigate the sale.
Candy was professional, friendly, easy to work with, always available, promptly responded to calls, texts, emails....always accommodated my schedule since I lived out of state....went above and beyond to meet needs for temporary housing...just absolutely wonderful!,
Do not use Sage title services. Terrible service. Still wrangling with them 3 months later waiting for a promised courtesy refund for inaccurate math and general lack of knowledge
