Mary Beth and her team did a fabulous job preparing our home for sale, advertising the property, and navigating through the “hiccups” of the closing process. She has a detailed booklet listing professionals that she recommends for any home improvement project that you need done in preparation for listing. The individuals/companies we hired were prompt, efficient and reasonable prices. The videographer/photographer was phenomenal. The online video and the brochures were wonderful. As a result, we had multiple offers within a week of listing and accepted a full price offer on day 8. We closed 2 months to the day after listing the property.
I found myself having to downsize unexpectedly this year. Luckily, through mutual friends I was introduced to Mary Beth and her team. She immediately made me feel comfortable when entering into a process of selling a home (first time ever) and provided me with security throughout the process. While she was a whirlwind of activity about what to do, I listened to her advice, and we had a certified contract on the house within four days of listing it on the market. Closing was a month later. The day after closing on the townhouse, I found a condo in my preferred new neighborhood. Again, trusting their instincts and using their trusted partners I was able to make an offer and close within 30 days of selling my previous home!! Mary Beth and her team are nothing short of PHENOMENAL!
