My agent was absolutely the best! Fran Barbaree went above and beyond. She was available For all my needs and questions 24/7. I highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a house.
Fran Barabaree exceeded our expectations. She was extremely invested in selling our house. Her knowledge of real estate was very impressive. She used this knowledge to help us understand what improvements would help the house sell and her suggestions were completed and the house sold shortly thereafter after. This is the second time Fran has helped us. First time was ten years ago helping to sell one house and then purchase our current residence. She has an extremely amount of passion for her client’s success Please acknowledge her dedication and knowledge of her trade. We will recommend her to others. Neil Lee Rozier
Without Fran Barbaree, I know I would not be in my beautiful home in Eagle Pointe. I have known Fran for a long time and always admired her friendly smile and the way she interacts with people, young and old, As my agent she was always so prompt in answering phone calls (even on vacation with family} and patiently walked me through this process. I never saw her lose her patience or her smile as she walked me through selling my home which had a fire and working with me and the builder during the reconstruction. What a job!
Fran, thank you so much! You (again!) were so very helpful to us as we sold Arch House. There were so many things you did so well, it is tough to name them all. Throughout the sale of our home you were knowledgeable, professional, caring, skilled, and ready. We truly appreciate you. Your candor and clear communication with all parties was such a blessing! We are so grateful that everything worked out, and we pray God's best blessings on you and those you work with and serve in days ahead! Gratefully, Richard and Carla Smothers
