Anita and John D'ermes were incredibly knowledgable, professional and helpful. The were on top of the entire situation through out purchasing process to include staying in contact with the builder, the title company, inspection, and closing. I would highly recommend Anita and John to any of my friends looking to purchase a new home.

Anita and John D'ermes were exceptional, professional, expert and committed during the entire selling experience of my home. They went out of their way to take care of every detail, whether it was videos, photos, brochures, the opening, staging, etc... they were top notch. Also, Anita's demeanor throughout the process was a constant sincere, calm, and caring attitude. Anita also caught our attention when she prepared for the buyer's appraisal a document of her own that detailed all our add-ons, which were numerous and she did all the homework of providing the lender "comps" for comparison of like homes. The report she provided the appraiser was extensive and detailed. John and Anita ought to ge recognized and commended.

Working with Anita and John D'Ermes has been a wonderful experience. Beyond superb expertise and professionalism, they provided support in various unexpected ways, greatly easing the stress involved in selling my home. I can hardly imagine a more comprehensive standard of service!

Anita and John were a dynamic duo. The combination of John's financial knowledge with Anita's knowledge of the McLean market is a huge plus. Both of them growing up in the area makes them a great agent for the Mclean market. Highly recommend them!!

Anita D'Ermes is a wonderful agent. She helped us bid on one home (which we did not win), and then helped us pursue multiple other properties - including some neighborhood homes that were not on the market. She was extraordinarily helpful and thoughtful and responsive. I have already given her name to a couple of my friends who may be in the market in the next few years! She and her husband, John, sent timely and complete information, followed-up on specific "to do" items, and did not let the ball drop on any issues. We are more than pleased! Thank you!

It was great to work with Anita D'Ermes in purchasing a house in Mclean Va. She was very organized and kept us on target with timeline of settlement dates and other nuances (initiating of utilities, insurance, etc) of buying a house, The whole process went very smoothly with having Anita on our side. We would gladly work with her in the future and highly recommend her services.

10 out 10...This is the best real estate agent that I ever dealt with in all my years! Professional and knowledgeable in all dealings! excellent communicator at all times!

Anita. Thank you so much for everything. For your kindness, patience and knowledge through the entire process. It has been a true pleasure working with you on the sale of “my” home ❤️

Please forgive a mother's bias, when asked to write a testimonial for her son and daughter-law, John and Anita D'Ermes. My husband and I had always marveled at John's practicality and good common sense. He brings considerable input to the situation, with his strong financial background. Anita has had 30 years of experience in the world of real estate and knows all the ins and outs of the market. My recent experience in selling my home was very successful. It was priced correctly for the current market and sold to the very first buyer, above the asking price. John and Anita were so helpful before and after the sale with all kinds of special pointers and suggestions, making the whole experience as stress-free as possible. All in all, I would say that putting your home in their hands will result in a very successful real estate experience.
