I like how she is professional, caring, patient, and kept me informed by texting and phone calls from beginning to end after the house was sold. Leisa Hart is truly the best realtor in the DMV. She is professional, communicative, attentive, transparent, and will guide you through renting, buying, and/or selling your home (I’ve done all 3 with her) without making you feel pressured. Leisa is awesome. I came into this knowing almost nothing about buying a home. She took the time to explain everything to me and make sure I understood it, without talking down to me. She made sure I was comfortable enough to ask any questions I had, no matter how basic. And she took time to walk me through everything and make me feel respected despite my small budget (something other real estate agents I've contacted have failed to do). I honestly have no idea what kind of wizardry she worked to convince the seller to accept my offer, but I'm infinitely thankful. My closing turned into a shitshow (not Leisa's fault at all), but she stayed in close contact with me and walked me through what we had to do to get it done. There's no way I would have found and been able to snag such an awesome home without her.
