I could tell that JoAnna was interested in helping me from the very first time we met in her office. JoAnna was wonderful to work with. We presented her with a challenge: find us a rental with a walk-out basement that allowed pets in the beginning of winter with one of the tenants have a less-than stellar driving record. Well, that didn't work so well. JoAnna easily shifted into "buy" mode and found us something ultimately a tad cheaper than any of the rentals! It's a lovely place, and it's mine, so the cat isn't a problem and we can have beautiful raised beds in the back come spring.
