We worked with Patty to buy our home and she was stellar, and we had just as great of experience when we sold that home almost 4 years later. We honestly never stopped chatting with her during those 4 years so she already knew much about what we'd done to improve the home, but she still took time to learn about the house all over again so she could properly represent it in the listing and get us the best price. If we hadn't moved out of state, we would have absolutely worked with Patty to buy our next house too.

I highly recommend Patty Collins! She has been absolutely outstanding in helping me successfully sell two properties. From the very beginning, Patricia demonstrated exceptional professionalism, market knowledge, and dedication to ensuring a smooth and successful experience. She kept me informed throughout every step of the process, provided expert guidance, and always made herself available to answer my questions. Her attention to detail, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome gave me complete confidence that I was in great hands. Thanks to Patty's expertise and hard work, both properties sold successfully, and the entire process was much less stressful than I anticipated. If you're looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, trustworthy, responsive, and truly cares about her clients, I wholeheartedly recommend Patricia Collins. She exceeded my expectations, and I would gladly work with her again in the future!

Patty Collins is the realtor every homeowner hopes to find. We worked with Patty at Ebby Halliday to list and lease our home in Dallas, and it was honestly one of the smoothest real estate experiences we've had. From day one she was upfront and realistic about pricing and timeline, no sugarcoating, just the truth. Once we listed, she hit the ground running, professional photos, a listing that actually stood out, and it was live within days. She handled every showing, screened every tenant, and followed up on every lead without us ever having to chase her for updates. She reached out first, always, with real feedback and next steps, and she explains everything in plain, simple language instead of burying you in jargon or fluff. What really sets her apart is that even with a full book of clients, she makes you feel like you're the only one. Every call and every conversation felt personal, like she genuinely cared how things turned out for us. Our home leased quickly, to a great tenant, at a price we were happy with, and the whole thing was handled with zero stress and zero hiccups. We will absolutely use Patty again, and we recommend her without hesitation to anyone in Dallas looking for a realtor who is sharp, honest, hardworking, and just easy to work with. Ebby Halliday is lucky to have her.

Working with Patty was an absolute pleasure…incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and patient. She always took the time to explain every detail and went above and beyond to ensure we found the perfect home. I highly recommend to anyone looking for a dedicated real estate professional.

Patty is the absolute best! She is sweet, thoughtful, communicative and has great recommendations for things to do around Dallas. I would absolutely work with her again and highly recommend her to any first time home owners/renters

Patty was excellent to work with. She's super knowledgeable about the Dallas area. She helped us get into a great community and really went above and beyond for us.

Patty is super personal, communicative, and she was so helpful! Would work with her again.

Patty is always ready and willing to help me and my family for any requests or inquiries for finding new properties. She is dependable and a pleasure to work with.

Patty was absolutely amazing to work with. She came to my rescue after my first broker dropped the ball on the listing and helped so much with so many things, like facilitating clean up of some items that were left behind with a vendor (I was selling from overseas), getting the home staged and properly photographed, constant communication to ensure a smooth transfer of the solar panel lease and also managing the title company to keep things on track. She is a true professional and kept my stess levels low during the whole process. We ended up with multiple offers is a buyer's market which was absolutely fantastic!

Professional, excellent communication and actionable insights. Best realtor experience we have ever had!
