We have had the good fortune of working with Jim for multiple home purchases. He has always been very friendly and professional, but more importantly he has acted with a sense of urgency to help us close 2 deals in a very competitive marketplace. His knowledge of the local market allowed us plenty of opportunity to view several homes in our price range, but more importantly guiding us on a competitive bid. His recommendation on our last purchase allowed us to be selected despite not having the highest bid. Aside from helping us on the buy side he was also a big asset in helping us with our rental properties. Even though he was not being compensated he took it upon himself to get professional photos for our rentals that made our properties stand out above similar homes in the area. Jim is such a pleasant individual and consummate professional I would highly recommend him to anyone needing a real estate agent. We are pretty demanding customers (mainly my wife??) and she was very happy with Jim.
Jim showed me a range of properties around various areas of Wrightsville Beach to give me a thorough understanding of the area, types of properties available and what my options were in my price range. He’s incredibly knowledgeable about the area, from real estate to favorite coffee and smoothie spots. He got to know my preferences and kept an eye out for just the right property, then really helped me through the negotiation and buying prices from start to finish. I had to leave on a long-planned vacation out of the country the day after my offer was accepted by the buyer and Jim handled the closing process smoothly even while I had to be largely out of contact for a couple of weeks. Can’t say enough good things. Terrific all around!
