'Millys attention to detail and knowledge of the process was very helpful and most appreciated! She was on top of everything, and was extremely easy to communicate with. She always responded quickly and was available to help with any questions. ' John & Erin Taggart

The process of finding a new home is extremely stressful but working with Millie made this experience completely seamless. Millie was so well versed on all of he neighborhoods that she showed me. She helped me and my roommate find the perfect place, in the ideal location for the right price! She took a process that I was dreading and turned it into something easy and fun. I have lived in my place for a couple of months now and couldn’t be happier. I couldn’t have asked for a better realtor to get my into my perfect apartment. #MoveWithMillie

Our experience with Gloria Nilson, Middletown and our agent, Millie DeLucia made selling our home of 19 years as painless as it could be. From our first meeting with Millie, we felt calm and confident that this was going to be a smooth transition. Millie was always attentive to my calls, texts and emails even when I would send them off business hours. When stressful situations arose, Millie was always optimistic and carried a smile. By far her best trait is her sincerity and honesty. I can't say enough about how much we appreciate everything that Millie DeLucia did to list, sell and close our house. Thank you to all at Gloria Nilson for making this transition in our lives a memorable, pleasant experience. PS. We got a contract on the first day! Way to go Millie!! Best wishes! Monica Kurkemelis

The property had many challenges, but Millie was very optimistic that it would sell. She was there all the way with me and made it happen!
