Karin is an excellent realtor. She is a local so not only does she know every block and the history on all her houses but will help you every step of the buy/sell process with her many connections from lawyers to inspectors. Makes the process much less stressful. Once Karin knows what you like  she won't waste your time showing you properties or areas she knows you won't be interested in. Highly recommended

Karin was a great realtor. This was our first time buying a home and Karin made us feel comfortable, confident, and she was determined to find us the perfect home. We were in constant contact the whole time, she was always there to answer questions, she was on top of everything, and she made this  home buying experience run smoothly. I highly recommend using Karin as a realtor because she will find the house that's perfect for you no matter what you are looking for!

Karin Busichio is an exceptional real estate agent. In fact, I believe it is possible that she's THE best in her field. She literally SOLD our townhouse in Freehold Township to the very FIRST people to walk through the doors! I listed with Karin because she has a known outstanding reputation in  her field all around New Jersey, especially the Jersey Shore area. Every step of the way, Karin was impressive and worked with us. She started by giving us some suggested prices that proved to be on point every time. Next, she wrote an exacting article on our home for THE book, and had a talented photographer take magazine quality photos. My townhouse rocked! Throughout the process, Karin was extremely helpful. Got clutter? Karin gave me simple easy solutions to shine up my home. Throughout, I felt that Karin always shared pertinent information, and was attentive to me. I can't promise that anyone will be as fortunate to sell so fast, but please know that Karin made the process much less stressful, and far more enjoyable. I happen to appreciate Karin immensely. My suggestion to Zillow... Well, um, your star system is fitting for most people, but Karin should get diamonds. She is a gem!

Hi Karin, I want to thank you for your wonderful work on selling our condo in the Fountains. Thank you for being so efficient, straight-forward, and professional. George and I left the closing feeling very satisfied with the sale. You secured a ualified buyer and the transaction was carried out with lightening speed. Also, thank you for referring us to Keith Arcomano, a great attorney. The closing could not have gone any fasteer or smoother. I will recommend you whenever I have an opportunity to do so. George and I both loved working with you. Best Regards and Best WishesGeorge and Kris

Karin is a veteran realtor of the Jersey shore, and a genuinely caring and helpful person. She worked with me directly to help guide me through an awkward short sale process. She coordinated with local service providers to ensure things kept moving in a timely manner. At times she met with local  providers herself. She does not hesitate to go beyond the call of duty. I highly recommend her.
