I was looking for property in the Sarasota County area and had the good fortune of meeting Todd Fisk and his wife Erica. My familiarity with the area was limited but that was soon remedied by this dynamic duo.

My husband and I are contemplating a move to the Punta Gorda area in retirement in the next year. We picked Todd out on the internet and what a lucky pick it was! We spoke several times on the phone about our needs and interests and he began to work on putting together a day of homes to visit during a quick visit to the area. As soon as we met he and his wife we knew we were in the hands of friends. We spent a total day together and it was a wonderful experience. The properties they chose were targeted so beautifully for our needs, tastes and desires. He never pressured us and we felt he only had our best interests at heart. We told him we needed to be careful about this move because we did not have any friends in the area and he said that was not true. We had he and Erica.... and I believe he was sincere. We look forward to continuing to work with our new friends, Todd and Erica, as we begin to make plans to retire in Florida. I cannot recommend him highly enough! A wonderful realtor and a truly good man!!
My wife an I meet with Todd Fisk. he listened to our wants and needs. We met the next day to look at home . We were surprised that Todd had done so much homework on our case. He was like working with a friend. He was able to show us just what we wanted plus he came up with some new ideas on homes we would have never thought of.
