Our experience with Mary selling our home was excellent, definitely 5 stars. The house sold in a very short time. We live out of state and Mary put in a lot of time coordinating everything for us. Her communication throughout the process was excellent. She coordinated donation of excess furniture to good causes. On a tight deadline to sell our parents house after they relocated to independent living, we were fortunate to encounter Mary on a walk-in visit to “Tanque Verde Trio” Long Realty office. Her 18+ years real estate experience and matter-of-fact, patient demeanor helped guide us (new to selling a home) through the entire process. It also helped that Long Realty is a large firm with a lot of resources to draw on. They are a real estate marketing machine and the Tanque Verde office truly knows their community. Mary helped us focus on what efforts (repairs, painting, cleaning, etc.) were most effective for prepping the property. The trio’s staging experts were brilliant in decorating the home for photos and tours by augmenting our parents’ aesthetics with furniture and other items that best showcase a home’s best features. She also had a special knack for helping us understand realistic timelines for repair turnarounds, photo sessions, buyer showings, offers/counteroffers, inspections, and even the mad rush to move out once the sale completed. And her guidance through contracts, disclosures, tours, inspections, negotiation, and closing paperwork was invaluable. Our only regret is that there aren’t six stars available for ranking our experience with Mary and her team. They’re deserved.
