Bryan was always there when I needed to sign a document or when I was at the property for an inspection or Professional Home Inspection. He was always willing to transmit my desires to the seller, and it was not easy since I am very experienced in buying real estate. He was always prompt in getting back to me and reminding me that I needed to do something or schedule something. Bryan made the transaction very efficient for me as I made it difficult for him in my constant low-balling the seller. We got a good deal, way below the listing price. And his Darbi was always a big help with the documents that must be signed with Docusign. My brother had Bryan do a transaction for him and he was equally satisfied with their service.
Bryan returned my calls and texts promptly when I made my initial inquiry about a property. He agreed to meet me the next day, which was pretty short notice. Brian showed me all comparable properties to the one I was looking at. Once I made up my mind, he helped me negotiate a fair price and my offer was accepted. After that, he was right there through the whole process until closing. He also helped me with contacts for utilities etc., and made sure I had all the keys to everything. I would recommend him without hesitation.
