Dawn is just a joy! She communicated well, listened to all concerns and was a real advocate for us. Long Realty is lucky to have Dawn on their team.

In my opinion Peter Deluca is by far the best realtor in Arizona, particularly the Tucson area, and his son Ryan is not far behind him in competence and ability. They did an outstanding job for me and my wife in the sale of our home, far beyond anything one might expect from a realtor. They not only listed and advertised our home for sale but performed difficult repair and maintenance tasks one might expect the home owner to do, and expertly handled all the negotiations with the seller and his realtor to achieve the best price for our sale. I cannot give him praise enough for the job he did for us. i would not hesitate to recommend he and his son to anyone seeking to sell or buy a home in Tucson.

I could not have found better, more helpful, knowledgeable, and sweet-tempered realtors than Peter and Ryan DeLuca! They even moved furniture with me! The sale of my house accelerated as an unanticipated long-distance operation when I suddenly bought a house in New Hampshire, and they were able to efficiently manage repairs and improvements that needed to be made before putting the house on the market. It was beautifully advertised, and sold in 3 or 4 days, all before I returned to Tucson. My moving van just arrived here in New Hampshire today, but I will write a more detailed recommendation of the DeLucas and the very pleasant office staff at Long at a later date. Many thanks to all, Bonnie See

I really like working with the DeLuca team. They have represented me as seller and as buyer in two different transactions. In both cases, the transactions were seamless. They go above and beyond to see that things go smoothly for their clients. My recent experience with Matt could not have been better!

Ryan and Peter DeLuca’s knowledge, expertise and humanity stands above all others. They guided us in preparing the house and when the house listed and sold in two days, they continue to stay the course every step of the way. What’s more while the sale was pending, we had already moved to IN but their sense of fairness and follow through never wavered. Hiccups are inevitable but they were always kind, professional and available. They went above and beyond and we are truly grateful.

Matt held our hand every step of the way. He started by introducing us to Tucson and showing us various neighborhoods so we could decide where we wanted to concentrate our search. Then we focused on looking at homes in those areas. Since there weren't many resale homes on the market, we decided to go with a new build. Matt was very involved and helped us through every step. He kept an eye on things when we were out of town and communicated with the builder whenever it was needed. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new home in Tucson. He is very knowledgeable about the city and everything real estate.

The best in tucson!

The DeLuca team is excelente. Definitely the team you want working for you! Matt was always available. Day/night, weekends. Kept us informed and in the loop every step of the way! Could not have asked for better service. Would definitely use again and highly recommend!

I found working with Peter/Ryan as a part of Long Realty to be professional, clear in their approaches, explaining what they are doing and why. For a nonprofessional like myself, they were a great help. Thank you! Eric Moorefield

Start to finish a really great experience! Such great support and expertise.
