Anna Marie Delgado was a pleasure to work with. Through her hard work and dedication, the house sold quickly. Her knowledge and experience were so very helpful. She understood my worries and concerns. She is the best real estate agent ever!! Job well done.
Anna Marie helped us confidently walk through our home sale process with as little stress as possible. She was always prepared ahead of our meetings/check-ins with necessary documents or answers to questions we had. Anna Marie made herself available to us and worked around our schedules. Our home sale process was very smooth and Anna Marie is to credit our positive experience.
Our agent went above and beyond to ensure we were prepared for each step of the homebuying process. She was always willing to take extra time to explain or research our questions. Our agent's experience was very apparent when dealing with the seller's agent. She was persistent in requesting documents, asking questions, and ensuring the timeline for closing kept moving forward. We had a wonderful experience and I would recommend our agent without hesitation.
Anna Marie did a great job. She was always available to answer our questions and kept us updated with the progress of our house. She was always positive. We have used her a couple of time and have always been pleased with her work.

Anna Marie Delgado is a perfectionist, with a level of dedication and work ethic, that has been lost. She was patient and attentive, to any questions I had and she is a problem silver. No task was small for her. I am extremely lucky to have her on my side, representing me. Excellence falls short to describe her. Thank you!
I can't say enough about how happy I am to have found Anna Marie. She took all the stress out of selling my mother's home. She's warm, very smart about buying and selling real estate......and trustworthy!!! And I'm thrilled she will be helping me sell my house.
Anna Marie Delgado is extremely knowledgeable about the Tucson Real Estate market. She is also well aware of how other states operate in order to help those new to Arizona navigate the market here. She is patient and flexible as well. I truly appreciated her support throughout the home buying process. I will definitely recommend her to others and call her if I am ever looking to purchase a home again! Thank you, Anna Marie!
Anna Marie Delegado went above and beyond in selling our home. She worked well with the buyer’s agent. We had already moved and she did a lot to facilitate this sale and communicate with us frequently. We felt totally in the loop. We would highly recommend her. She is the best,
