Paul is, in a word, exceptional. He helped me look for houses a few years ago, and didn't hold it against me when I didn't buy anything. But when I found my dream house a few weeks ago, he got right on the ball. We toured the home, made an offer, and closed in well under three weeks! During the whole experience, Paul answered all of my questions, provided great advice regarding inspectors and roofers and whatnot, and helped me decide where to stand firm and where I could give a little to get the best deal. Not only that, but he hooked me up with an amazing mortgage loan team who also made the loan process actually kind of fun, something that normally would be tedious at best (and anxiety-ridden at worst). Paul has helped several of my family members find good homes, and I always enjoy spending time with him. He's not only a great real estate agent, but he's a genuine, honest, and caring human being. And, as icing on the cake, he works with his wife, Amber, who's just as smart, dedicated, and personable as he is. I think they were as excited about my new home as I am!
