Great service from Carol Yarbrough. She always goes the extra mile to make it easier for clients. Carol explains all the details that are confusing to me. I feel she really listened to me and what I wanted rather than just take charge and tell me that I needed to do certain things to sell it. Very easy to work with and the title company told me they were always happy to work with her, too.
We had a lot of trouble with our computers and Carol was a big help in solving our problems remote purchasing a home we had never seen before as well as never even been in Green Valley, AZ before. She did every single thing possible to make the whole process move along as easily as possible.
Carol was fantastic. Most of this has to be done remotely. Each time there was a need for anything to be done at the home she was there from me to meet anyone neccesary. She made the regualr process easy from the start. She is also very caring and understanding and that helped me through a difficult time with an estate sale situation and sale of the home. Carol was great during a difficult sales journey. Water damage stalled the September sale because of monsoon water damage. Carol was a great partner as we investigated and selected contractors. I lived in MS during this period so Carol took the local lead.
Back on the market in Jan, it was sold before being listed. Excellent guide during this period ! All is done ..... and my neighbors are happy with the new per SQ Foot price for THVI.
