Tracy is so caring and always available. A real joy to work with. We would highly recommend her.

She was always very pleasant and helpful.

We had a wonderful experience working with Tracy. She was professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and truly had our best interests in mind every step of the way. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free, always taking the time to answer questions and keep us informed. Thanks to her hard work and dedication, everything went better than we could have hoped. We highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!”

We had an incredible experience with Tracy from our first meeting and throughout the entire process. Tracy thinks outside of the box and worked very hard to make sure that all of the attention was focused on marketing our home. This was proven by it taking only 27 from the day we met through through our closing date. We highly recommend Tracy Pierce!!

Fabulous experience with Tracy. She went above and beyond with her knowledge, honesty and time in order to find us a property that fit our wishlist. Her personal touch made our experience very enjoyable. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.

I can’t tell you how much I appreciate your support, help, and hard work you did to help us make a great decision on our Florida property. Had to go through a few days of turmoil but in the end you delivered the property we wanted! Thank you for all your hard work. Casey and LeighAnn Meacham

Tracy goes above and beyond what anyone would expect a realtor to do to get her clients' homes sold. My home sold while others are still sitting there on the market. She is also a very effective negotiator. She is currently listing another home for me and another one is in line for listing at a future date. The home that is listed currently looks like a model home, thanks to Tracy's exceptional staging abilities.

Tracy kept us informed and updated as the selling process went on. Her weekly market reports were useful as a guide to where the market stood. Tracy was always available for questions and advice. She was a fine agent to work with right to the completion of the sale.

Tracy did a great job. We are completely satisfied and would highly recommend her. She listened to what our goals were in finding a property in Venice and applied her extensive knowledge of the area to find us what we were looking for. We are out of state clients so much of our communication was done electronically. Tracy was always quick to respond and provide us with the information we needed.
