Steve went above and beyond to make the home buying process as smooth as possible. He answered all of our questions and provided all information necessary to help clarify the process. He was very easy to get in contact with and communicated in a timely manner. Steve is also extremely knowledgeable about the local market and helped us find areas in nice neighborhoods that were in our price range. He worked quickly to schedule open house appointments and was able to get us same day and next day appointments 100% of the time. During open houses, he pointed out things to pay attention to- everything from old roofs, dated electrical, cracks in the foundation, and even possible flood zones in backyards! Steve was prompt with paperwork completion and helped us negotiate. We couldn’t have asked for a better realtor and will definitely use his services again in the future.
